Tents & Touring Booking Enquiry Form

Please note we only accept bookings from couples and families

Step 1 - For an availability enquiry Please complete the items marked ** OR for a booking confirmation call us/email us to check the availability of the accommodation on the dates you require & we will treat this as an on-line booking form and will 'reserve' your pitch for at 7-10 days whilst awaiting your deposit

Step 2 - The first persons named on the booking form will be deemed responsible for the booking and all other persons named on the form.

During Whitsun & the July/August school summer holidays we regret that we have restrictions on tent sizes and we will be unable to book you in (for these periods only) unless you can give us the size / square area required by your tent or caravan for us to determine if we have a pitch of suitable size - with a newer tent if you give the precise make & model we can usually determine the dimensions from the internet.

Tent make & model or size/ square area required - please state whether dimensions are in feet or metres.

Visitors only allowed if this section is completed
Pre-booked day guests only allowed up to maximum persons per- description details. Undeclared or excess persons found in said unit will lead to total eviction of all persons concerned. Including those being visited with no refunds £9.00 per visit Visitors must report to reception first. Where 2 persons discount has been applied, resident or non-resident visitors revoke this ware & tear discount.
