Chalet/Bungalows
OPEN 12 months a year. These double-sized centrally heated, double glazed units have 2 or 3 bedrooms with fitted kitchen, lounge with TV & DVD player, separate dining area and bathroom. Each sleeps 4 people (one bungalow takes 5) in full size double & single beds. Duvets & pillows only (linen extra). Each unit is detached and stands in its own garden with outdoor seating area. There are gas or electric fires in the lounge. Gas is included. (Electricity by meter).

Manor Lodge Caravan
Top of the range luxury caravan. Double-glazing & centrally controlled heating with 1 double bedroom with en-suite toilet facility and 1 twin bedroom. All bedding included, tiled roof and patio doors to lounge area. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults (35' x 12').

"Summer Six" Holiday Caravans (formerly "Group 1 Lodge")
3 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 6 people - some units having bunks for under 7's.
1 double & 2 twin-bedroomed caravans heated by individual wall-mounted, electric panel heaters. All bedding included. (35’ x 12’)

"Summer Four" Holiday Caravans (were "Group 3L")
Deluxe 2 bedroomed caravan sleeping a maximum of 4 people (some units have bunks for under 7's).
Deluxe caravans with electric panel heating. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. All bedding included. (28ft x 12ft)

"Luxury Two" Holiday Caravan(Formerly Group2)
Double-glazed, central heated caravan and 2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 people.
Luxurious & spacious caravan with 1 double (en-suite) and 1 twin bedroom. All bedding included. (32ft x 12ft)

"Large Luxury Two" Holiday Caravan (Formerly Group2 lodge)
Double-glazed, central heated caravan and 2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 people.
2 bedroomed very luxurious caravans having 1 double with en-suite and 1 twin bedroom. All bedding included. (35’ x 12’)

"Family Four" Holiday Caravan (formerly "Group 3")
Deluxe 2 Bedroom Caravan fitted to a very high standard sleeping a maximum of 4 people
1 double 1 twin bedroom. Remote TV all bedding included. Bathroom/shower Outdoor seating area. All bedding included. (28’ x 10’)

"Family Six" Holiday Caravans (formerly Group 4)
Superior 2 Bedroom Caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people by use of a lounge bed
1 double & 1 twin bedroomed caravan with a lounge bed, Duvets only provided. (28ft x 10ft)

"Family Six plus one" Holiday Caravans (formerly Group 1) - pets allowed
3 bedroom, sleeps maximum 6 people.
1 double & 2 twin-bedroomed caravans fitted to a high standard. Heating by individual wall-mounted, electric panel heaters, bed linen included, unless you bring a dog. (34’ x 10’)

"Valley" Holiday Caravans (formerly Group 5)
2 Bedroom Caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people by use of a lounge bed
1 double & 1 twin bedroomed caravan with a lounge bed. Duvets & pillows provided but no bed linen included. (28ft x 10ft)

"Rover" Holiday Caravans (formerly Group 6)
2 Bedroom Caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people by use of a lounge bed ( pets allowed )
1 double & 1 twin bedroomed caravan, some with child bunk for under 7's in 2nd bedroom. Duvets & pillows provided but no bed linen included. (28ft x 10ft)

Pet Friendly Units
There are limited numbers of Pet Friendly Units available in Group 1 , 4, 5 & 6. Generally a maximum of 2 pets is allowed, except during Whitsun Week & during all of July and August when only 1 is allowed.

Extra Options
• Cots £10.00 per week.
• High chair £10.00 per week.
• Bed Guard £5.00 per week.
• Dogs/Cats £25.00 per week each (No charge for assistance dog).
• Second car £15 / week.

Bed linen is included in Group 1,2 & 3 vans, Linen for Bungalows and Group 4,5,6. Caravans is supplied as an extra but NOT if you are bringing a pet.
